These get the job done. I honestly think the quality is pretty cheapy compared to others I have owned in the past but they do cut and that is what is important. They definitely are not for anything heavy duty but for small simple jobs they work well. The plastic feels like dollar store quality, so that is something I would improve but they helped trim up my flower bushes so they did what they were supposed to and I didn't expect them to even do that.
