Now I am in no way a chef, let a lone a sushi chef, heck I wouldn't even call myself a cook. I stink in the kitchen and I'm funny for thinking I could actually try and make my own sushi. I'll tell you what, we had a fantastic time trying and it was hilarious but so not my forte. Now this kit is pretty cool though, all the issues were total "operator error". You get the machine thing and a rolling mat, just add food and a ton of practice and you too can make sushi like a pro! You, not me lol. It was fun and I'm a failure but this is a great kit and I'm going to keep working on it!
