Good, does it's job. It doesn't come with instructions though so you just have to get everything out and figure it out yourself. The flexible part is really stiff, which can be really good because it can hold heavier thing but because it is so stiff it seems like it is better to bend it to the angle you want BEFORE attaching it to whatever you are putting it on. Seems very well made, I got this for my husband when he is on his ship so he can watch his movies and what not in his rack easier. It can be really long or shorter if you bypass the one section. Looks really good and he seems to like it. Glad I got it for him.
