I have been wanting to eat healthier and I needed some ideas. Now I am not one for "diets" but I really did like the meal plan and the recipes look really yummy. One thing I've been wanting to do is reduce our carb and sugar intake and this does just that. That doesn't mean you have to compromise on flavor..some of the recipes are Rasberry Pancakes, now that doesn't sound healthy but check out the ingredients (protein powder, egg whites, raspberries, mashed banana, greek yogurt, almond milk, cinnamon[I omitted because of my allergy] and chia seeds) Soo yummy and healthy at the same time! The kids will go gaga for it! So they give you a complete plan for breakfast, lunch, dinner and 2 snacks every day for 4 weeks. I love it. I mix and match stuff and I really appreciate all the healthy recipes and the meal plan! I highly recommend it!
