This is really a great size scale, some I have gotten in the past have either been really tiny or really big, this one is a great in between. It has a slim design so that also helps make it really easy to store which is a big deal for me. I hate having a ton of things out on the counter. If you do want to keep it out you can because it is attractive, I think it looks good at least, a different scale I got was really ugly looking and hated having to use it. Because it is a slim design it doesn't take up a ton of space. Which again is good because room is always lacking in my house with 7 of us living here. I love how it came with a battery so it was good to go right out of the box. That is a relief because I hate searching for batteries and when something comes with them it earns them extra points in my book. The directions are really easy to read and it seems to work really well. I have to admit I use it mostly as a postage scale. I sometimes send small packages and this is great for me to weigh them to be able to print the postage at home so I never have to go to the post office. I think it's very accurate and I'm really happy that I was able to get it at a discount in exchange for my honest review.
