So I should start off by saying I'm not pregnant but I am nursing and I have been told by many drs that even though I'm not pregnant prenatals are a great thing to take because they are chock full of so many different vitamins that are good for you and it really helps with hair and nail growth too ;) So I'm pretty picky about what kind of medications I put into my body and when I came across these I was a little hesitant but I was able to get them at a discount in exchange for my honest review so I figured why not. I think these are really nice and I love knowing that not only am I doing something good for my body but I'm also helping my nursing son in his development!! 5 stars for sure!!
