So cool!!! I have been trying to switch all my pots and pans little by little to either ceramic or cast iron. This one is a great addition to my new "set" seriously it is amazing to cook with. Nothing sticks at all and I did even test it out thoroughly (okay not on purpose, I'm a crappy cook lol) and it all just slid right off into the trash. The size is great, not too little and not too big. I use it daily and it's been holding up fine. Very well made and high quality!! Worth every penny!! I am so glad I was able to get it at a discount in exchange for my honest review!
