I have a few different kinds of the silicone rings and these are great quality. They feel so much nicer than a couple others I have tried. My husband is in the navy and these will make great gifts for him to give out to his fellow sailors. Perfect for anyone who works where wearing metal could be a safety hazard. The sizes seem pretty accurate and true to size. My husband finds them very comfortable and loves wearing his! The free gift is soo awesome!!! I'm always rubbing and scratching my husband's feet after work and this massage ball is so perfect. He loved it! Even my kids wanted to use it and they loved it too! Awesome bonus!!
