I got this for my husband who loves to work out, or at least does it because he has to. lol Currently he is training for a half and a full marathon. He has been taking other powders and such but when I had the opportunity to receive this product at a discount for my honest and unbiased review I jumped at a the chance to get him off having to always have to mix stuff. He says it works really well but you definitely feel it so you have to put in a good work out after taking it. He also said to make sure you don't take on an empty stomach otherwise it will make you feel sick. I think this is a great quality product that does what it says it does. I definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a workout supplement.
