I got these to help massage my husband after his many work outs. I wasn't sure what to expect since I've never used anything like this before. They are pretty legit. Much bigger than I anticipated but they work amazing. You can use them by yourself or like what I do and use them on my husband. He says it really helps relieve the stress and tension he gets in his muscles and thoroughly enjoys it!! A must have for anyone who works out!! I also really love these because they come in a handy little bag to store them in which comes in handy because otherwise my kids would get a hold of them thinking they are toys for them! lol I received this product at a discount for my honest and unbiased review.
